This gentle, earthy herbal blend was crafted for those on a path of release—especially from tobacco and nicotine. Whether you sip it slow or smoke it in ceremony, Smoke & Sip supports the nervous system, opens the lungs, and calms the craving mind.
Herbal Benefits
- Chamomile: Calms anxiety, reduces restlessness, and supports digestion and sleep—often disrupted during withdrawal.
- Mullein: Known as a powerful lung tonic, it helps expel mucus, soothe dry coughs, and repair respiratory tissue from smoking damage.
- Passionflower: A nervine that eases tension, irritability, and insomnia—supporting emotional balance through the quitting process.
- Sage: Clears mental fog, balances mood, and spiritually helps “cleanse” lingering attachments to old habits.
- Damiana: Uplifting and slightly euphoric, it soothes the nervous system, reduces nicotine cravings, and helps you reconnect with your body.
