Irish moss includes Vitamins A, E, F, and K, calcium, potassium, sulfur and a natural source of iodine.

Being rich in potassium chloride, Irish moss has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.

Size: 16oz glass jars available for pick up orders (jar type may vary)

Ingredients: Irish Moss & Spring water.

Directions: take 1-2 tbsps each day.

Irish Moss gel is good to use for 2-3 weeks after receipt. Refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Or freeze for up to 6 months.
