Energy Booster Tea

Ingredients:

Include but not limited to Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Safflower, Lavender, China Green, Licorice Root.

Lavender Flowers has uplifting qualities that leave users with a sense of balance, making it one of today's most popular scents. Lavender is a gentle, multi-purpose herb.

May help with digestive, inflammation, hormonal balance, skin, menopause, serotonin levels.

2 ounces yields approximately 20 Tablespoons

Directions

Put 1 tablespoon of tea in mesh strainer, tea bag, or coffee press. Add 8 oz. of near boiling point distilled or spring water and steep for no more than 15 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.

Can repeat this process three times daily.
