Level Out Diabetesm Tea

Ingredients:

Include but not limited to Burdock, Soursop Leaf, Sage, Holy Basil, Cinnamon, Dandelion Leaf, Dandelion Root, Ginger, Chamomile, Rosemary, and Peppermint.

Soursop Leaf is known to have anti-inflammatory, antihypertensive, immunomodulatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant effects.

It may help treat fevers, hypertension, high cholesterol, cancer, gastric issues and diabetes.

Directions

Put 1 tablespoon of tea in mesh strainer, tea bag, or coffee press. Add 8 oz. of near boiling point distilled or spring water and steep for no more than 15 minutes. Feel free to adjust to your preference.

Can repeat this process three times daily.

2 ounces yields approximately 20 teaspoons
